INDICATIONS:- Khanja, pangu, etc. Adha:kaya vātavikāra. Calcaneal spur, plantar fasciitis, sciatica with radiculopathy, sciatic neuritis/ sciatica, Achilles tendonitis. knee joint ligament injuries, LBS, IVDP, varicosity, etc.
PROPERTIES:-
Dosha Karma: Vata Kapha samana, avaraņa vāta hara.
Dhathu Karma: nãdī balya, snayu & kandara balya.
Sthanika Karma: mainly adha:kaya.
Roga Karma: asthi sandhi gata vāta samana.
Lakshanika Karma: śūla hara, dhātupaka hara etc. Ushna virya. Enhances circulation, is anti-inflammatory, and analgesic.

ādārika müla(Acacia pennata)
sahacara mula(Barleria cristata L.)
Suradaru(Cedrus deodara)
Nagara(Zingiber officinale)
Its taken with suitable tailas as anupana like yōgaraja guggulu/ kaiśōra guggulu/ ābhā guggulu rāsnā guggulu/ dhanwantaram 101/ sahacarādi tailam/ bala tailam etc. For IVDP taken with nirgundyērandam taila.
